Observodon is charged on a per-user (learner) basis and covers the full academic year.

The month after a learner accesses Observodon for the first time, your institution is charged for the learner. We assume 95% of active accounts are learners (chargable), with the remaining 5% consisting of tutors and IT staff (non-chargable).

A report is provided to your institution detailing learner numbers along with the invoice, including a 5% decuction to account for tutors.

There are no initial setup fees, onboarding costs or data charges associated with Observodon licensing. Support and standard platform updates are included as part of the license fee.

The actual dollar amount per user is negotiated with your institution - likely to be between $20 and $30 - and will reflect not only the volume of users but also where your data is to be stored and for how long data needs t be retained.
